Filios′s Story

I don't remember exactly how I ended up alone, but I believe I was abandoned. For months, I survived in a village where stray dogs weren't welcome, searching bins for scraps and trying to stay safe.

Along the way, I met a young puppy named Cosmo. He needed a friend, so I took him under my wing. Together, we searched for food, looked out for each other, and faced life on the streets as a team.

When 2nd Chance Dogs heard about us, they came to help. But after everything I'd been through, trusting humans wasn't easy, and it took them some time to catch me.

Now I'm safe at the centre, where I'm learning that not all humans are bad. Every day, I grow a little more confident, and for the first time in a long time, I can look forward to a brighter future.
